About

My name is Artemis. I generally call myself a polytheist, though I’ve found the meaning of that changing over the years. I believe in many gods, and worship a few. On this blog, you’ll find:

  • Posts on Kemeticism
  • Posts on Konkokyo and other Shinto Kami-samas
  • A smattering of spirit work
  • My personal religious experiences (Shadow work, etc.)
  • Explorations of witchcraft

And whatever else I feel pertains to this page. As for the entities I work with…

I primarily worship Tenchi Kane no Kamisama, Amaterasu Omikami, and Inari Okami in my Shinto practice; in my Kemetic practice, I primarily work with Anpu (Anubis), Wepwawet, Khnum, and Set, though I also deal with Heru Sa Aset (Younger Horus), Hethert, (Hathor) and Aset at times. In my everyday life, I have my familiar spirit, as well as my friend A, a tiny fae dragon friend. I also live within 6 blocks of the Missouri river and revere its spirit and other water spirits as well.
